Evangelist Eduardo Vargas is an anointed revivalist igniting nations around the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the demonstration of the raw power of the Holy Ghost. As the Founder and lead-visionary of Revival & Power Ministries International, (RPMI) his integrity and heartfelt urgency to reach the lost is consistently exhibited. Since launching in May 2019, RPMI has seen over 40,000 decisions for Christ through life-changing crusades, outreaches, and extended revival meetings.  This number increases daily as Ev. Vargas is fueled by his passion and Heavenly mandate to preach the uncompromised Good News throughout Latin America and the world.  

Ev. Vargas is a native of Costa Rica and has always been driven by hard work and achievement.  After receiving salvation, he knew God had a divine purpose on his life that far exceeded anything he could imagine.  In 2017, he and his wife Milly made the life-changing decision to leave behind their multi-million dollar business to follow the call of God on their lives and attend The River University in Tampa, FL under the leadership of Drs. Rodney & Adonica Howard-Browne.  

Throughout his tenure in Bible school, Ev. Vargas faithfully served in the ministry and remained focused on receiving and accomplishing the vision and mission God had set before him.  During an early-morning prayer, he had an unforgettable encounter with God that marked his life for eternity.  While praying, Ev. Vargas placed his hands over the map of Latin America and supernaturally heard the horrific cries of many people.  In that moment, the Lord revealed, “the people crying were those going to hell every second.”  The Lord then asked, “Who will go and tell them?”  Ev. Vargas replied, “I will GO!” and in that moment, his heart was broken to reach the lost like never before.   

Ev. Vargas has been on the frontlines of ministry ever since, and has diligently carried the Gospel to Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Panama, Spain, and throughout the United States.  RPMI extends far beyond the walls of church and he and his wife have preached within public and private schools, jails, on international social media platforms, and he recently had the privilege of personally ministering to the President of Mexico.  Whether witnessing to two or a multitude, Ev. Vargas delivers the Gospel with power and the genuine love of God.  

Ev. Vargas and his wife Milly, reside in North America with their three precious children who are also active in ministry.  As a family, God is using them mightily to propel the Gospel for the next indescribable move of God across Latin America and the world.  Together, they are witnessing thousands of lives being saved, healed, delivered, and strategically mobilized with the DNA of soul-winning.
